The AXS-One network of partners provides value-added services to our customers and enables vendors to utilize AXS-One's award winning software to enhance their own solutions. In both cases the focus is the same, building the best Records Compliance Management solutions on the market.

AXS-One has five partner categories:

• Strategic Partners
  These partners offer complementary products and services that enable AXS-One to realize global strategic business objectives. There are serious commitments between these organizations and AXS-One in terms of business plans, dedicated partner management, marketing coordination and funding, sales force coordination, and, where appropriate, joint product engineering.

• Channel Partners
  These partners sell AXS-One software as part of their portfolio of offerings as either an integrated or standalone solution.

• ASP and Hosting Partners
  Organizations that provide an AXS-One managed service or hosted solution for their clients.

• Implementation Partners
  These partners provide consulting or system integration services. Their employees must achieve the necessary levels of product accreditation through in-depth training provided by AXS-One in order to participate in an AXS-One engagement.

• Technology Partners
  These partners provide complementary technology and products to AXS-One solutions.
